Mel and I are fortunate enough to live near Napa and Mumm has become one of our favorite places to relax. At our last visit, the pourer shared a little trick to make mimosas a little prettier.
By allowing the Cuvée M Red to slowly pour over the spoon, the sparkling red wine sits nicely on top of the orange juice.
The pretty mixture reminds me of those Big Stick popsicles.
Guava juice would make a nice pink and red color combination too. Or guava juice and regular sparkling wine for pink and white. =)
